About Our Event
5K Trail Run
The third annual Doggie Dash 5K Trail Run is a family-friendly event that features a course for runners and walkers of all ages and abilities. The course is a rolling, wide trail. The race will be held at the Georgia Industrial Children’s Home on North Mumford Road. The race will benefit local animal rescue groups such as Reid Rescue and Critical Care for Animal Angels. The Doggie Dash was founded and is organized by a local high school student, Sara Kate Durkee. Check below to see where you'll be running and for information about who we benefit.
